MINUTES FROM LAST MONTH PRESENTED
Motion to approve CARRIED.
An owner stopped in to the meeting to discuss a way to have a satellite dish installed even though the unit is on the side of the building where these don't work.
TREASURER'S REPORT PRESENTED
Budget discussed and projections made in preparation for next year and the annual meeting.
Vote for iterim budget pending final after looking at print out. Motion CARRIED.
Vote for increase in association fees on a percentage basis (based on square footage). Motion CARRIED.

MANAGER'S REPORT PRESENTED
NEW BUSINESS
1) Come up with names of new lawyers as ours is unresponsive.
2) Re: unit 9-206 - This is a security issue and cannot remove the light.
3) Re: packet for upcoming annual meeting. It should stay the same
