MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:30PM
BID FOR LANDSCAPING CHANGES/IMPROVEMENTS PRESENTED AT 6:30PM BY NARROW LEAF- PAPER BID ALSO SUPPLIED.
We requested an additional bid for bigger plants (5 gal. vs. 1 gal.) and boulders.
MOTION TO ORDER PIZZA FOR MEETINGS - PASSED.
Diane will be ordering pizza from Backroad Pizza on 2nd St.

Discussion re:
Water Heaters and Meters: Meters installed by HOA so NOT owner's responsibility to pay for replacemnt. Water heater itself IS owner's responsibility for repairs, replacement, etc. Suggestion put forth that a letter be sent to all owners delineating this.
Need to read over our bylaws and determine exactly what we are and are not liable for.
Gate: It's possible it's not cost effective to keep gates closed all weekend as people are breaking the gate to get in and it's expensive to keep repairing it.
Trees: Discussed recent tree bid (by Jim Erickson Tree Specialist, LLC) and it was decided we would have the work done on a priority basis beginning with stump removal. The rest of the work will be done in sections over a 9 month period to "stretch out" the cost. **1st bid stump removal of $1975.00 - APPROVED. Tina to make official call to Mr. Erickson.
Ralph's bid for fence painting: Ralph needs to amend his bid as we decided not to paint back of fence - just the front and what is visible to the public. We will vote again once new bid is in.
Motion to buy pool heater for $2401. + tax - PASSED.

Cleaning through-ways: Mike Tait to be asked to do the work. An inspection of the through-ways will be done prior.
Steps: Need to order 22 steps. Discussion as to whether we should replace ALL old steps and it was agreed that an estimate of this cost would be acquired.
HOA Emergency Plan: ie. evacuation during a disaster...We don't have a plan per se. We need to develop a plan and have a good list of emergency phone numbers.
Family pool time: Suggestion of a small chunk of time designated for family time with kids during the week and at off peak times on a trial basis. MOTION PASSED. (M, W, F 12:00-2:00 starting month of June)
